David has over 21 years’ experience in representing and advising office and industrial tenants. His skill set includes tenant representation, lease negotiations, market rent reviews, make good negotiation, leasing pre commitments, market research and analysis, financial modelling, compensation resulting from government acquisition and strategic real estate planning.
